Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use are a contract between you and PBRIZE. By creating an account, using the website, buying a subscription, or joining the affiliate program, you agree to these terms.

If you use PBRIZE for a company, studio, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

PBRIZE provides tools for generating, editing, previewing, storing, and exporting PBR texture maps and related material assets. Features may include image upload, model upload, AI generation, GPU-assisted editing, collections, subscriptions, coins or usage credits, and affiliate attribution.

We may improve, change, add, remove, or limit features as the service evolves. We try to avoid breaking active workflows without notice, but no feature is guaranteed to remain available forever.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity was caused by our failure to protect the service.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not sell, rent, or share account access in a way that bypasses subscriptions, limits, or security controls.

4. Subscriptions, coins, and billing

Paid plans, coins, usage credits, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Polar or another payment provider shown at checkout.

Prices, quotas, and plan features are shown before checkout and may change prospectively. A subscription continues until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or stated at checkout.

If payment fails, we may limit paid features until the issue is resolved. We may correct pricing, tax, or billing errors when legally permitted.

5. Your content and generated outputs

You keep ownership of the images, models, prompts, masks, settings, and other content you upload to PBRIZE. You grant PBRIZE a license to host, process, transform, display, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Subject to your rights in the input content, third-party rights, and any provider restrictions, generated texture maps and material outputs created in your account are yours to use in your projects.

You are responsible for making sure your uploads and outputs are suitable for your use case and do not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not upload sensitive personal data, health records, government identifiers, payment-card data, or confidential third-party material that PBRIZE is not designed to process.
• Do not use PBRIZE to create malware, deceive people, violate intellectual-property rights, or break platform rules that apply to your work.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass quotas, resell unauthorized access, interfere with security, or use automated abuse against the service.
• Do not remove notices, brand marks, or technical controls unless the interface explicitly allows it.

7. Affiliate program

PBRIZE may offer an affiliate program through Affonso or another affiliate platform. Affiliate links and commissions may be governed by separate affiliate terms shown in the affiliate portal.

Visitors must accept affiliate cookies before affiliate attribution runs. If a visitor declines, clears cookies, uses another browser, or signs up through a path that is not tracked, the affiliate may not receive credit.

We may reject, reverse, or adjust affiliate credit for fraud, self-referrals, refunds, chargebacks, policy violations, duplicate attribution, or technical errors.

8. Third-party services

PBRIZE relies on third-party providers for payments, authentication, email, storage, AI generation, hosting, affiliate tracking, and related infrastructure. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to their terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we choose providers with the goal of keeping PBRIZE reliable and secure.

9. Output quality

PBRIZE is a creative and technical tool. AI-generated maps, extracted materials, previews, and edits may contain artifacts, inaccurate channels, seams, wrong scale, or other issues. Always inspect outputs before using them in production.

The service is not designed for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, biometric, or identity-verification use.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep PBRIZE available, but maintenance, provider outages, abuse prevention, security work, and operational incidents may interrupt or limit the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, abuse the system, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that threatens other users or infrastructure.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBRIZE is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, compatibility with every toolchain, or that generated materials will meet every project requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PBRIZE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including consumer rights that apply in your country.

12. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Digital content and digital services may have special cancellation and conformity rules depending on where you live and what you buy. Checkout or provider terms may show additional details that apply to a specific purchase.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law stated in PBRIZE's final merchant details, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these terms as PBRIZE changes. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continuing to use PBRIZE after updated terms take effect means you accept the updated terms.
